ACG requires the sales related communications in written format, therefore our sales team prefers to communicate via e-mail or fax. Prior to an inquiry or request, we advice you to read supplied documentation about the product that you are interested in, which will make you to get faster and better answer or quotation.
It will be quicker if you use the Inquiry Form. The form includes the necessary information to start sales procedure. You may also use our email address to get an inquiry or request. When you want an inquiry or request via email, please do not forget to indicate authorized person's name and contact information.
Our sales team sends an email about quotation and shipping time in 24 hours during working days, if your given information is enough to give a quotation. At this point is important that you should give a correct email address. The quotation will be given in PDF format.
If some parts of your request need explanation or have some missing information, the sales team or our engineers try to clarify the subject or request some more information from you. After negotiation, if the request is enough to give a quotation the sales team will send you an email as soon as possible.
If the given quotation is accepted, the goods will be shipped at indicated date on Proforma Invoice. ACG Electronics accepts Paypal for sample order, T/T in advance for low volume orders and Letter of Credit for volume orders.
Note: ACG Electronics intends to keep 1K stock for each product, however there are some cases we are low on stock due to high volume purchases or stock problem of LED, Driver IC etc due to manufacturer lead time. Therefore, it will be convenient to ask stock situation periodically before your order to avoid from lead times up to 8-12 weeks.
